TREE REPORTS FOR PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The right tree in the right place can greatly enhance any project.
A tree survey must be submitted where there are trees within the
application site, or on land adjacent to the application site that could influence or be
affected by the proposed development (this should include trees in neighbour's gardens or
street trees that are within falling distance of the application site boundary).
Information will be required on which trees are to be removed and retained and the means of protecting
those to be retained during construction works.
From extensions to existing properties to large housing developments,
we can provide tree surveys, arboricultural implication assessments
tree constraints plans and tree protection plans in line with British standards BS5837:(2012) Trees in Relation
to Construction Recommendations. We will liaise with the planning authority to ensure that tree issues do not
hold up your development.
Whatever your planning requirements, contact us first for friendly
expert advice.
